The workshop will be dedicated to pixilation, a technique animating people instead of puppets, thus resulting in unusual movement effects that are not possible on camera. We will be able to levitate in the air, disappear into the ground or glide across water.

PIXILATION is a type of stop-motion animation based on animating people. The animation process is identical to animating puppets: the figure (or person) is moved and each move is photographed.
