C3-WELL: An International Project Promoting Mental Health and Social Inclusion through Creativity
23. 03. 2026
The Museum of Architecture and Design has begun implementing the C3-WELL project, an international initiative focused on integrating artistic and cultural practices into health and social care systems.
The project brings together cultural institutions, creative associations, and social and healthcare organizations in Spain, Estonia, Italy, Hungary, and Slovenia. Within the project, partners will develop and test new creativity-based methodologies aimed at improving mental health and social inclusion, and create a flexible model for wider use that addresses social exclusion, mental well-being, and community health. Through research and cross-sector workshops, pilot programs will be carried out, international exchanges organized, and a digital hub established to connect the cultural and social sectors.
At the Museum of Architecture and Design, the project is linked with the Museum in the Community program, which will develop initiatives based on cross-sector collaboration and community engagement. In March and April 2026, a photography workshop with an exhibition will be held to help future project participants get to know each other. Subsequently, the museum will participate in developing a pilot project based on close collaboration between the social and cultural sectors.
Partnerji projekta: Museum of Architecture and Design (Slovenia), GAIA (Spain), Kreativ Ipari Klaszter (Hungary), Loov Eesti (Estonia), Puglia Creativa (Italy) in Tree (Estonia).
The C3-WELL project is funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ program.
