The publication is aimed at adolescents, children in educational institutions, and families. It can serve as a manual for teachers and mentors, or as a tool for families to explore the city and iconic objects of their shared heritage. MiniMAO Activity Book contribute to the spatial literacy of children, who will learn through play and educational tasks what constitutes good architecture and design. They will also discover the meaning of interdisciplinarity and the creative research approach, which must stem from the perspectives and needs of the user for a high-quality living environment. It attempts to cover all scales, from urban planning to furniture details, as well as the history of architecture and design, alongside the challenges of contemporary practices. Through specific topics, it encourages the exploration of various research processes through the children’s own artistic activities. The main guidelines of the guide are: the popularization of cultural heritage (museum collections), the importance of individual and collective memory, and interdisciplinary approaches to studying various aspects of architecture and design.
